Jem Mellon

Jem Mellon is an experienced sales and event management professional with a diverse background in the food, beverage, and art industries. Currently serving as a Sales Specialist at Carmela Foods, INC since September 2023, Jem previously held the position of Director of Special Events at Weiss Distilling Co. from February 2023 to September 2023. As Art Director & Curator at Collected Detroit Art Gallery from November 2019 to May 2023, Jem successfully combined artistic vision with management skills. Earlier experience includes roles as Key Account & Event Manager at The Hive U.S. and Sales Manager at Proximo Spirits, along with a foundational position as Sales Specialist at Great Lakes Wine & Spirits from September 2010 to September 2015.
