Matthew Kirby

Matthew Kirby is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Carmela Foods since June 2023, Matthew previously held the role of District Sales Manager at Northern Haserot from 2005 to April 2023. Matthew also contributed as Sales and Business Development at Lake Forest Country Club from December 2003 to August 2005, and served as Executive Chef at Akron City Club from September 1999 to December 2003. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management from The University of Akron, achieved between 1999 and 2002.
