Thales Mendes holds experience in various roles at different companies. Starting with their most recent position at Carmen Steffens, they served as the Head of Inside Sales. In this role, they strategized B2B and B2C sales, managed external sales representatives, and led the Inside Sales team for national Multibrands. Thales Mendes completed their high school education at E.E. Prof Ana Maria Junqueira from 2004 to 2009. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a degree in English at CNA, specializing in languages. In 2022, Thales obtained a certification in Gestao 4.0 - Imersao from G4 Educação.
