Brent Bradshaw

Brent Bradshaw, MBA, is a skilled manager with extensive experience in mine digitalization and engineering, serving as the Manager of Mine Digitalization at Carmeuse Americas since 2008. In this role, Brent has established and driven the vision and mission of a newly created department focused on implementing innovative digital technologies, including Fleet Management Systems and Autonomous Systems solutions. Previous roles include Fleet Management Systems Program Expert and Mine Engineer, where Brent successfully led cross-functional teams in digital transformation initiatives, optimized mining processes, and significantly improved fleet production metrics. Brent's educational background includes an MBA from Longwood University and multiple degrees in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Virginia Tech and Delft University of Technology.
