Melissa Croll

Melissa Croll serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Carmeuse, a position held since July 2007. In this role, Melissa manages all recruiting and relocation activities for the corporation while also overseeing HR management across six plants and two corporate locations, which include both union and non-union environments. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Director of HR at Oberg Industries from January 1996 to July 1999, where responsibilities encompassed all HR activities such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, workers' compensation, safety, and recruiting. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations, HR, and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed between 1986 and 1990.
