Mihaela Tutelea is an experienced professional in business process management, currently serving as the Business Process Owner for Sales & Distribution at Carmeuse s.a. since January 2019. With a significant career at Telekom Romania that began in 2001, Mihaela has held various roles including Process Management Specialist, Business Process Analyst, Shops Area Manager, Shops Supervisor, and Sales Support Supervisor, demonstrating expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing business processes in alignment with industry standards such as eTOM and Six Sigma. Mihaela's background also includes international experience as a Business Process Expert on the PAN IP Program at Deutsche Telekom, specializing in core and enterprise processes. Mihaela holds a Licentiate in Philology from Lucian Blaga University, Sibiu.
