Amanda Hutchinson-Shepherd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in import and export logistics. Currently serving as a Senior Import Specialist at Carmichael International Service since April 2015, Amanda oversees all aspects of Customs Brokerage, including classification, data entry, billing, and customer service. Previously, Amanda held the position of Export Coordinator at Georgia Port Authority from 1993 to December 2014, where responsibilities included coordinating export flows via ocean and rail, alongside providing customer service and managing teams.
