Alberto Rodriguez

Alberto Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience in the retail industry. Alberto began their career as a Store Manager and Development Manager at Decathlon España, where they achieved consistent success in sales and revenue goals. Alberto then transitioned to Riofisa, where they worked as a Commercial Director of Project, negotiating lease contracts with retailers and coordinating design and architectural teams for shopping center developments.

After this, they joined Aguirre Newman as the Shopping Center Segment Director, overseeing various consultancy services and managing relationships with clients. Following their time at Aguirre Newman, Alberto worked at Metrovacesa as the Development, Investment, and Asset Management Director, where they developed and directed strategies for optimizing the company's land and shopping center portfolios.

Alberto then moved on to Unibail-Rodamco as the Senior Operating Manager and later as the Head of Shopping Center Management, where they managed teams, strengthened the company's business through various projects, and developed strategies and business plans for multiple shopping centers.

Alberto also had roles at Basicoshops, CBRE, and CARMILA, where they gained experience in asset management, business development, negotiation, and operational management. Throughout their career, Alberto has consistently demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in the retail industry.

Alberto Rodriguez completed a Manager's Development Program (PDD) at IE (Instituto de Empresa) in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA degree in Economics and Business Administration, with a specialization in Management, from SanPablo CEU University and Madrid Complutense University between 1988 and 1995.
