Luis Carlos Vergel Bernal

Luis Carlos Vergel Bernal currently serves as Gerente de Planeacion at Jaramillo Mora since August 2021, overseeing strategic planning initiatives. Prior to this role, Luis held multiple leadership positions in construction management at Constructora Bolivar S.A. from January 2009 to August 2021, advancing from Residente de Costos y Presupuestos to Gerente de Construccion. Additionally, Luis contributed to academia as a profesor universitario in the master's program of civil engineering at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from January 2016 to August 2021. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Civil Engineering degree, both from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
