Lucinda Withers has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Centre Host at Lexus, where they were responsible for liaising with customers over the phone and in the showroom, capturing and maintaining their data, informing them of the product range available, and performing clerical work such as filing, photocopying, dealing with enquiries, and writing letters. In 2010, Lucinda became a Brand Ambassador and Sales Assistant at Jack Wills, where they showcased high quality products, worked towards daily and weekly sales and data collection goals and targets, and provided excellent customer service in a friendly and approachable manner. In 2014, Lucinda was a Theatrical Retail Assistant at TBC MANAGEMENT LIMITED, where they worked in luxury retail stores such as Harrods, Liberty and Selfridges providing counter cover for premium skincare, fragrance and make-up brands, rapidly learning information about new products and brands, and offering top levels of customer service to high net worth individuals. From 2015 to 2019, Lucinda worked at Zoopla, first as a Member Service Executive, then as a Senior Member Service Executive, and finally as a Member Services Quality and Support Lead. Since 2019, Lucinda has been at Cazoo, where they have held the roles of Customer Support Team Leader, Senior Customer Support Specialist, Customer Support Manager (Post), and Customer Experience Manager. Most recently, in 2023, Lucinda became the Head of Customer Operations at Carmoola.
Lucinda Withers obtained a National Diploma in Musical Theatre, validated by the CDET, from CPA Studios between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Hills Road Sixth Form from 2006 to 2008, where they achieved A-Levels in Theatre Studies, Theirtory, Performance Studies and Business Studies (AS Level). Additionally, in March 2020, they obtained a certification in What to Do When There's Too Much to Do (getAbstract Summary) from LinkedIn.
