Phil Livingstone

Phil Livingstone is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Partner at CF, where responsibilities include supporting organizations in planning and delivering effective health and care programs. Previously, Phil held the position of Senior Manager, focusing on case development, strategic framework creation, and team development. At KPMG LLP, Phil worked as a Manager and served as a tutor for the NHS Leadership Academy's Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme at Alliance Manchester Business School. Phil completed a PhD in Neuropharmacology at the University of Bath, examining the interactions between nicotine and dopamine linked to cognitive disorders, and holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the same institution. Additional experience includes roles at BBSRC, the University of Colorado at Boulder, and Baxter Healthcare.
