Vice President For Communications at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

Katelynn Vogt has a diverse background in communications and politics. Katelynn currently serves as the Communications Director at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Congressman David Price's office, starting as a District Executive Assistant in March 2016. Katelynn then served as a Communications and Outreach Advisor from January 2018 to February 2019 before taking on the position of Communications Director until March 2022. Katelynn also gained campaign experience as the Campaign Manager for Lisa Mathis for NC House District 51 from April 2018 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Eric Swalwell from January 2013 to February 2016 and held the role of Staff Assistant/Legislative Correspondent for Congressman Joe Baca from December 2011 to December 2012. Katelynn started their career as an intern for Senator Robert Casey in 2011 and 2010.

Katelynn Vogt completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Delaware, where they focused on International Relations and Spanish Studies, as well as Latin American Studies and Development. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at North Carolina State University from 2017 to 2020.
