Samantha Lai

Samantha Lai is a Senior Research Analyst at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, focusing on the Partnership for Countering Influence Operations since October 2022. Previously, Samantha served as a Research Analyst and Program and Research Assistant at The Brookings Institution's Center for Technology and Innovation from June 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Analyst and Project Intern for the Foreign Policy Research Institute's Foreign Influence Election 2020 Project, as well as a Communications Intern at Public Citizen. Samantha began their career as a Political Science Research Assistant at Wellesley College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a Minor in Economics from Wellesley College, obtained in 2021.
