João Barros is a highly accomplished academic and industry leader specializing in information systems, public policy, and electrical and computer engineering. Currently serving as a Professor at Carnegie Mellon University and a Research Professor at Carnegie Mellon University Africa, Barros holds numerous advisory and board positions, including membership on the Board of COREangels and Instituto de Prospetiva.
