Rostyslav Zatserkovnyi

Rostyslav Zatserkovnyi is a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer currently working at both Carnegie Mellon University and StartupSoft since September 2022, with previous roles at DataRobot as a Senior Data Engineer and Data Engineer from April 2021 to September 2022, and at Lohika as a Scala Engineer from September 2019 to March 2021. Early career experiences include roles at Snowplow Analytics as a Data Engineer and a Data Engineering Intern, as well as a Google Summer of Code Student at MovingBlocks. Zatserkovnyi holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the Ukrainian Academy of Printing, a Master of Science in Data Science from Ukrainian Catholic University, and additional degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. Contributions include architecting billing event pipelines, developing open-source analytics platforms, and enhancing performance in data processing frameworks.
