Victor Soto Castro

Victor Soto Castro is a Master of Science student in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, serving as a student ambassador for the School of Mechanical Engineering. Victor's professional experience includes roles such as a Mechatronics Engineer at Nielsen-Kellerman Company, where custom mechatronic systems were designed, and as a Deployment Engineer at RightHand Robotics, Inc., focusing on AI robotic solutions for the E-commerce sector. Previous experience also includes research positions at NFPA, Tufts University, and the Space Telescope Science Institute, where significant contributions were made to studies in fire safety, galaxy luminosity, and space telescope design. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and completed early education at Josephine Dobbs Clement Early College High School.
