Abreihona L.

Abreihona L. currently serves as a Teaching Assistant at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago since November 2023 and has been a Museum Educator III at the Carnegie Museum of Art since June 2019. Abreihona's extensive experience in museum education includes roles such as Youth Arts Initiative Advisory Committee Assistant, Teaching Assistant for The Art Connection, and various positions focusing on youth programs. Abreihona has also contributed as a Gallery Ambassador, sharing art appreciation with visitors, and has interned in curatorial roles, including a recent internship at Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. Abreihona holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration & Policy and Modern and Contemporary Art History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art and Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Saint Mary's College.
