Allison is a Search Consultant with the Search and Consulting Group.

Allison is motivated by opportunities to serve her clients and her community. No stranger to search work in education, she served on the Search Committee for the Director of the Preschool at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church in Atlanta. As Board Chair at the Preschool, she helped navigate a successful leadership transition, managed curriculum and organizational adjustments, led a by-laws update, and oversaw the creation of a new fundraising Committee.

Prior to joining Carney, Sandoe & Associates, Allison enjoyed a successful career as an attorney with a focus in non-profit leadership, project development, fundraising, and litigation. Her most recent legal work was for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society where she held two different roles. As Manager for the Enhanced Services Project, she developed a federally funded pro bono legal services program to provide follow-up legal assistance to low-income clients. She also served as Staff Attorney for the organization’s Health Law Partnership (HeLP), representing low-income families at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in housing, education, and public benefits matters. Allison currently serves on the Atlanta Legal Aid Society Advisory Board. Prior to her work in public interest law, Allison was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston specializing in civil litigation for large companies and individual clients.
