Jon Morrone

Jon Morrone is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Director, Global Labor & Litigation at Carnival Corporation. Since October 2019, Jon has been responsible for managing a diverse team while overseeing a substantial portfolio of domestic and international employment litigation across multiple cruise line brands. Jon's expertise includes providing legal advice on employer-related issues, enhancing labor relations globally, and supporting North American hiring and firing decisions. Recent highlights of Jon's career include leading global workforce reductions during the COVID-19 pandemic and managing complex litigation successfully in the UK.
