Melinda West

Melinda West is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in corporate HR roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner Corporate at Carnival Corporation since May 2022, Melinda has previously held senior positions at Office Depot from 2014 to May 2022, including Sr. Corporate HR Manager, Sr. Human Resource Business Partner, and Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Prior to Office Depot, Melinda was the Managing Partner at The Hiring Company from January 2001 to September 2014, and worked as an Account Executive at ExecuTrain from February 1997 to January 2001. Melinda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Business from Florida International University in 1992.
