Raffaela Fuhr

Raffaela Fuhr is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Ports Operational Excellence at Carnival Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Raffaela held multiple leadership positions at Carnival Cruise Line, including Senior Manager of Spa & Art, Manager of Commerce Strategy and Operations, and Photo Manager from February 2018 to August 2023. Raffaela's early career includes internships at Procter & Gamble, Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and Monsanto Company. Raffaela holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Harvard Extension School, a Master of Science in Materials Science from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
