Gesa Hoofdmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Comprehensive BASI Pilates Teacher at BASI Pilates since April 2022, Gesa also holds the position of Manager Port Bookings at Carnival Maritime GmbH since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing all port bookings and resolving conflicts for the AIDA and Costa Europe fleet. Previous roles include Agent Cruise Operations at Sartori & Berger, Management Trainee at Empire Riverside Hotel Hamburg, and Guest Relations Supervisor at Holland America Line, demonstrating expertise in guest services, operational management, and team supervision. Gesa began the career as a Language Teacher for Easy Languages and completed an internship at Hamburg Cruise Center e.V., focused on marketing and operations for the cruise industry.
