Tino Hensel

Tino Hensel is an experienced maritime HR professional with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Marine HR at Carnival Maritime GmbH since April 2015, Tino has previously held the position of Director of HR Fleet at AIDA Cruises from October 2000 to March 2015, and was Commercial Manager and Personnel Superintendent at Columbia Shipmanagement from August 1993 to September 2000. Tino Hensel earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Verkehrswesen/Nautik from Universität Rostock between 1986 and 1991.
