Michele Black is the Senior Director of Programs & Impact Operations at Carole Robertson Center for Learning. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Vice President at OneHope from October 2018 to September 2020. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Early Childhood Programs at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from February 2016 to October 2018 where they were responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of early learning programs. Michele started their career as a Quality Specialist Coordinator at McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership from September 2013 to April 2015.

Michele Black has a M.Ed. in Teaching & Curriculum from Penn State University and an MBA in MBA from National Louis University. Michele also has certification from the Project Management Institute in PMP.
