The vice president, senior vice president, and strategic advisor all have experience working with youth development interventions and character development programs. The vice president also has experience working in education program assessment and development. All three members of the executive team have worked with clients such as the YMCA of the USA and the Dana Suskind/Thirty Million Words Initiative. The senior vice president is also experienced in learning and evaluation.
