Shawn Berry

Shawn Berry is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since March 2024. Berry also holds the role of Chef De Cuisine at Carolina Country Club in Raleigh since June 2022. Previous positions include Executive Chef at 7 Clans Casino from January 2020 to June 2022, and Room Chef at Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma from September 2018 to January 2020. Additional experience includes an Executive Chef role at Guckenheimer and a Chef de Cuisine position at Aramark. Earlier career highlights include serving as Executive Chef for Compass Group North America, overseeing food service operations for a significant corporate account. Berry earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Dallas, Texas, between 2015 and 2016.
