Dale Gensler is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Carolina Handling since March 2022, Dale has previously held key positions such as Project Manager at Worldsource and Director of Mechanical Project Engineering at Fortna, where responsibilities included mentoring engineering associates and improving operational efficiencies. With a career spanning over three decades, Dale has also worked in significant roles at ABB, G&T Conveyor, and Consolidated Engineering Company, showcasing expertise in relationship management, mechanical design, and project coordination.
