Steve Gorham is currently the VP of Food & Beverage for the Carolina Hurricanes. Prior to this, they were the Director of Food and Beverage for Great Wolf Lodge. Steve has also been the Director of Food Service Operations for the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority.
Steve has extensive experience in managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budgeting, staff management, menu development, and more. Steve has successfully overseen significant renovations and re-openings for both the Bojangles Coliseum and the Charlotte Convention Center.
Steve is a proven leader in the food and beverage industry, with a track record of delivering successful results. Steve is passionate about creating memorable experiences for families and guests alike, and is committed to providing the highest level of service possible.
Steve Gorham has a Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Wingate University. Steve also has a certification from the National Association of Concessionaires in CCM, Certified Concessions Manager, and a certification from Cornell University in Senior Executive Symposium.
