Julie Beard

Julie Beard has a background in food science and nutrition, holding a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Julie has worked in various roles within the food industry, including as a Food Scientist at Newly Weds Foods and a Product Development and Applications Intern at Tate & Lyle. Currently, Julie is serving as the R&D Business Coordinator & Manager / Food Scientist at Carolina Ingredients. Julie also has experience in managing patron services at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts.
