Hadas Yafe

Hadas Yafe currently serves as Global VP HR at Palziv since September 2025, and also mentors women in financial empowerment through a program at מועדון האלף. Previously, Hadas held the position of Global VP HR & ESG at LOG - Pharma Primary Packaging from 2019 to September 2025, and served as Head of Human Resources and Administration at חוצה ישראל from 2017 to 2019, overseeing the planning and operation of Israel's highway system. Hadas was the CEO of GreenHands from 2012 to 2017, where the focus was on providing employment to mentally disabled individuals through upcycled consumer products. Earlier in Hadas's career, a role as HR Manager at Nestle/Osem involved comprehensive HR responsibilities for a factory with 400 employees. Hadas earned an MS.C in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Technion and a BA in Economy and Psychology from University of Haifa.
