Marcus. J Gaddy

Marcus J. Gaddy, MSW, LCSWA, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Site Manager for the Community Transitional Recovery Program at Carolina Outreach, LLC since February 2019. In this role, Marcus provides clinical oversight, individual supervision, and crisis management for a team of peer support specialists. Previous roles include Outpatient Therapist, Clinical Team Lead for the Community Support Team, and Team Lead for Intensive In-Home Services. Additional experience includes internships and social work positions at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, YWCA Central Carolinas, Men's Shelter of Charlotte, and Crisis Assistance Ministry. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Social Work from Johnson C. Smith University, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The Graduate School at UNC Pembroke.
