Tracie Hartman is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive roles within professional sports organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary and Executive Performance Chef for the Carolina Panthers since May 2023, Tracie previously held the position of Executive Performance Chef for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from April 2021 to May 2023. Tracie's expertise also includes significant tenures at the Beauchamp Athletic Nutrition Center/Aramark at Baylor University and as a Private Chef for high net worth clients at DFI. Additional experience encompasses consulting at The Hippo Kitchen and various leadership roles in prestigious dining establishments, including The Inn at Palmetto Bluff and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
