Lou Notarianni

Lou Notarianni has over 30 years of work experience in various manufacturing and engineering roles. Lou most recently worked as the Director of Operations at Carolina Precision Technologies starting from November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Plant Manager at General Machine Products - KT, LLC (GMP) from April 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining GMP, Lou worked at Fabspeed Motorsport as the Director of Manufacturing and Engineering from February 2017 to April 2021. Lou was responsible for engineering and manufacturing high-performance exhaust systems and components for high-end sports cars and exotics.

From 2008 to 2017, Lou held multiple positions at Pandrol USA, including Plant Manager and Engineering Manager. As the Plant Manager, they oversaw daily manufacturing operations, budgets, cost reductions, production scheduling, and personnel development. As the Engineering Manager, they managed a team of engineers and was responsible for product development, customer support, and testing.

Prior to Pandrol USA, Lou worked at Numonics Corporation as the Director of Mechanical Engineering from September 1992 to June 2008. In this role, they handled all aspects of the Mechanical Engineering Department and designed computer peripheral equipment. Lou also collaborated with the Manufacturing Department to automate in-house manufacturing processes.

Lou started their career at Narco Avionics as a Mechanical Engineer from September 1987 to July 1992. Lou'sresponsibilities included the mechanical design and packaging of navigation equipment and instruments for general aviation aircraft, as well as project management for an emergency locator transmitter.

Lou Notarianni obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Villanova University Department of Mechanical Engineering. Lou pursued their education in this field from 1983 to 1987.
