Brent Allison

Brent Allison has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Brent currently holds the position of Loan Portfolio Director at Carolina Small Business Development Fund. Prior to this role, they served as a Loan Portfolio Manager at the same organization. Before joining Carolina Small Business Development Fund, Brent worked as Vice President of Commercial Lending at TruPoint Bank from 2017 to 2019. Brent also had a long tenure at HomeTrust Bank where they served as a Special Assets Manager and VP from 2009 to 2017 and as a Commercial Banker from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Brent worked as a Branch Manager and AVP at Bank of Asheville from 2003 to 2007. Brent started their career at RBS Lynk as an Agent Bank Supervisor from 1996 to 2000.

Brent Allison pursued their education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2006 to 2009, where they attended the North Carolina Bankers Association's Banking School. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Poly Sci from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
