Susan Bell

Susan Bell has over two decades of work experience in various roles related to sales support, curriculum management, and customer service. Susan started their career at GMAC Insurance as a Customer Service Representative, where they processed policy changes and applications and handled customer inquiries. Susan then worked at Tapco Underwriters, Inc. as an Accounting Representative before joining Carolina Biological Supply Company. At Carolina Biological, Susan held multiple roles, including Product Manager, where they managed the sales and marketing of middle school curriculum materials, and Curriculum State Adoptions Manager, where they handled the curriculum adoption process for multiple states. Susan eventually became the Curriculum Business Manager/Director of Contracts and Services, overseeing sales support activities, curriculum tradeshows, and state contracts. In their current role as a Sr. Bids & Contracts Specialist at McGraw-Hill School Education, Susan manages state and local adoption procedures and handles project management responsibilities.

Susan Bell attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 1975 to 1979 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
