Matt Rankin

Matt Rankin is an experienced project manager with a strong background in electrical construction. Currently serving as Project Manager at CarolinaPower since November 2021, Matt specializes in commercial, healthcare, government, and industrial electrical projects. Prior to this role, Matt worked at City General, Inc. Electrical Construction from January 2013 to November 2021, focusing on the estimation and management of commercial electrical projects, including work at airports. Matt's career began at Gill-Simpson, Inc. Electrical Constructors & Engineers, where Matt held the position of Assistant Project Manager from May 2008 to December 2012, contributing to commercial and industrial electrical construction. Educationally, Matt earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina between 2005 and 2008 and an Associate's degree from Frederick Community College from 2003 to 2005.
