Gerri Maynard MLS (ASCP), MHA, currently serves as the Laboratory Supervisor for the Eastern Region of Levine Cancer Institute at Atrium Health since April 2018, following a role as Laboratory Lead at Levine Cancer Institute in Monroe, NC. Previously, Gerri held various positions at Carolinas HealthCare System, including Medical Laboratory Scientist and Medical Laboratory Technologist, performing tasks related to patient care and laboratory testing from September 2011. Gerri's earlier experience includes work as a Venipuncture Technician at Mecklenburg Medical Group. Gerri holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Winston-Salem State University, along with an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Central Piedmont Community College. A Phlebotomy certification was earned from Carolinas College of Health Sciences.
