Rodolfo Garcia

Rodolfo Garcia is a seasoned construction manager and civil engineer with extensive experience in managing large-scale engineering and construction projects. Currently serving as a Construction Manager and Associate at Carollo Engineers since November 2021, Rodolfo has successfully overseen projects such as the City of Oxnard AMI Installation and Lift Station Improvements, focusing on project scheduling, cost control, and documentation. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Civil Engineer at CM Group, Civil Engineer at California Water Service Company, and Director of Operations at Consultoría de Ingeniería para Soluciones integradas, where Rodolfo directed numerous water resources projects.
