Lauren Debiec

Lauren Debiec's work experience includes serving as an Administrative Director of Medical Services at Caron Treatment Centers from 2011 to present, where they provide executive administrative leadership to the Chief Medical Officer and oversees the Medical Services Department. Lauren also worked as a Counseling Intern in the Women's Inpatient Substance Use Disorder Units at Caron Treatment Centers from 2020 to 2021, where they conducted sessions, assessments, and provided therapy to adult and adolescent populations. Prior to their role at Caron Treatment Centers, they worked at Randstad from 2006 to 2011 as a Senior Account Manager, Direct Hire Recruiter, and Recruitment Consultant, where they recruited, interviewed, and supervised temporary workers and managed payroll and accident/injury reports.

Lauren Debiec attended the University of Hartford from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts. Lauren then enrolled in Philadelphia University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Finally, they graduated from Alvernia University in 2021 with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling.
