Siva Palan

Siva Palan has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Siva began their career as an Associate Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they reviewed and analyzed clients' financial records. Siva then moved on to Grass Roots, where they worked as an Assistant Management Accountant, Management Accountant, and eventually became the Team Leader for the Management Accountant team. At Grass Roots, Siva was responsible for client billing, revenue recognition, and budget preparation, among other financial tasks.

Following their time at Grass Roots, Siva joined ACI Worldwide as a Senior EMEA Financial Analyst. In this role, they supported the financial performance measurement process for the EMEA region, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of profitability. Siva also developed operational metrics reporting and expenses submission to HQ in America.

After ACI Worldwide, Siva worked at Instinctif Partners as a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for all financial aspects of the Capital Markets and Corporate Affairs practice areas. Siva managed budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reporting.

Siva then joined Blackhawk Network Europe, where they first served as the Head of Management Accounting, providing financial and commercial support to Divisional Directors. Siva later became the Financial Planning Manager, leading the annual plan and periodic forecast processes for Blackhawk Network Hawk Incentives.

Currently, Siva is working at Caroola as the Head of FP&A and Commercial Finance. Siva is responsible for presenting financial information to management, managing the annual budget, and providing financial guidance and control for all commercial business within the group.

Siva Palan has a diverse education history. Siva completed a Mastercourse Mini-MBA from CIMA in 2021. In 2010, Siva attained the qualification of Chartered Management Accountant from the same institution. Prior to that, they pursued a BA(Hons) in Economics, Accounting & Finance from The University of Manchester, which they completed in 2005. Siva's secondary education was acquired from Haberdashers' Boys' School between 1995 and 2002.
