Herb Starlings

Herb Starlings is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in federal systems and telecommunications. Currently serving as Project Manager for Federal Systems at Carousel Industries since January 2012, Herb previously held positions such as Sales Consultant at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Senior Project Manager at MCS of Tampa, where responsibilities included managing projects for the Department of Homeland Security. Prior roles include Project Manager at Avaya and Manager of Telecommunications at Thomson Prometric, overseeing corporate and global call center operations. Herb's earlier career included a directorial role in telecommunications at Zurich Insurance, managing voice premise and network operations. Herb is an alumnus of Salisbury University.
