Gabriel Awad

Gabriel Awad is an experienced professional in the field of technical management and entertainment, currently serving as a Parkwide Networking and Show Control Specialist at Carowinds since September 2021. Gabriel's role includes the installation and maintenance of seasonal shows, as well as the upkeep of park-wide up-lighting systems. Prior experience includes various positions at Wagner College, where Gabriel worked as an IT Student Worker and contributed to multiple main stage productions in roles such as Assistant Props Master, Light Board Operator, and Assistant Lighting Designer. Previously, Gabriel worked as an Entertainment Technician at Carowinds and as a Sales Representative at CUTCO Cutlery. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Design and Technical Management from Wagner College and graduated with a high school diploma from Wilbraham & Monson Academy.
