Cphr Fay Wasylyniuk

Fay Wasylyniuk, CPHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Carpe Diem Partners since May 2021, where Fay counsels clients on complex challenges and recruits leaders through a tailored, efficient process. Fay also holds the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at People First HR Services since February 2021. Previously, from 2004 to 2019, Fay served as the Human Resources Director at PepsiCo, leading significant projects including an international turnaround assignment and developing an employee relations strategy for Western Canada. Fay's experience includes notable roles as Human Resources Manager at Refresco and Tesco Corporation, where Fay established HR functions and negotiated collective agreements. Fay graduated from the University of Calgary between 1987 and 1990.
