Craig Kamins is a seasoned professional in culture and change management, currently serving as Managing Partner at Carpe Diem Partners since February 2024. In this role, Craig leads the Culture and Change Management Practice, focusing on helping clients enhance their organizational culture to drive change and success, while integrating cultural insights into Executive Search and Leadership Development. Prior to Carpe Diem, Craig held the position of Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where efforts concentrated on talent acquisition and management within the Healthcare Practice. Craig also contributed as a Subject Matter Expert at Gallup, guiding organizations on improving employee and customer engagement, and served as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where strategic growth and operational efficiency were key focus areas. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University, a Doctor of Law from Pepperdine Law, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
