Agata Urbanowicz has a wealth of experience in business analysis and consulting, particularly in driving profit improvement across various industries. Agata has held several key roles at Carpedia International, overseeing client engagements and leading teams of consultants to deliver sustainable operational excellence. Prior to this, Agata worked at Ford Motor Company, where Agata excelled as a Paint Launch Leader and was selected for the Ford College Graduate Program. Agata holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a BSc in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University.
