Caitlin Oswald

Caitlin Oswald is a skilled professional in additive manufacturing with extensive experience in business development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Business Development lead at Carpenter Additive since March 2019, Caitlin previously held the position of Director of Additive Manufacturing at LAI International, Inc., where co-lead efforts focused on aerospace and defense applications. Prior to that, Caitlin worked at Pratt & Whitney in various roles, including Additive Manufacturing Group Project Manager, where oversight of project engineers and interdisciplinary integration was key. Caitlin's early career includes specialized roles at Pratt & Whitney and Dymotek, along with an internship that provided foundational knowledge in vibrations testing. Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Systems and Mechanics and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Connecticut.
