Ryan Davies

Ryan Davies has over two decades of experience in the construction and inspection industries. As President and Operating Project Manager at Davies and Son Construction, Inc. since May 2000, Ryan successfully increased gross sales from $175,000 to over $1.5 million within ten years. In December 2020, Ryan took on the role of Team Lead at Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc. and R & D Thiel, Inc., where responsibilities include leading daily activities for up to five carpenters and planning work scopes. Prior to this, Ryan was a Certified Inspector at Keen Eye Home Inspections from August 2004 to December 2019, where a successful home inspection business was developed, specializing in mold and building code enforcement certification. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Illinois University, completed in 2004.
