Aditya Sathaye

Aditya Sathaye has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Aditya started their career as a Research Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2004. Aditya then joined ArcelorMittal, where they worked in various roles, including Metallurgical Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Quality Design Engineer. At ArcelorMittal, they managed value streams, product and process design for two rolling mills and specialized in serving industries such as Automotive, Tubular Goods, Heavy Machinery, and Oil & Gas. In 2014, Aditya moved to EVRAZ North America, where they held positions as Manager of Quality Assurance and Manager of Product & Process Engineering. Aditya led the Quality Assurance team and managed a registered Quality Management System. In 2020, they joined Precision Castparts as a Director of Quality, where they had multi-site responsibility for managing Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Technical functions. Currently, Aditya Sathaye is the Director of Quality at Carpenter Technology Corporation, starting in 2023.

Aditya Sathaye completed their MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2013. Prior to this, they obtained an MS in Materials Science & Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2006. Aditya also holds a BE degree in Metallurgy from COEP Technological University, which they completed in 2004.
