Carolyn J. Rice

Carolyn J. Rice is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Carpenter Technology Corporation since November 2023, Carolyn has also held positions at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and ArcelorMittal USA as a Human Resources/Labor Relations Business Partner and Manager, respectively.
