Nate Welch

Nate Welch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nate started their career in 2003 at Primerica, where they held various roles such as Associate VP, Senior Data Analyst, Director of Securities Admin & Support, and Self Assessment Analyst & BISO. During this time, they provided automated solutions to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy in different departments. In 2013, Nate joined CribMaster as a Business Systems Analyst, where they designed and developed a data warehouse to support Finance and Sales reporting. Nate also supported the financial month-end close process and calculated commission payments. In 2016, Nate joined Imerys as a Business Unit IT Manager and later became a Commercial Controller. Currently, at Imerys, they hold the position of Business Intelligence Senior Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining the BI philosophy for driving reporting requirements. In October 2023, they transitioned into the role of Director of Analytics and Business Process.

Nate Welch completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Georgia, from 1998 to 2002. Nate further pursued their education and received a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, from 2006 to 2008.
